Planning your newborn session
What if my baby cries or stays awake?
We adjust the session to your baby. When baby is unsettled, we can gently wrap them in a light cloth to help them feel secure, then photograph wrapped poses. Baby does not need to sleep throughout the session; awake expressions can be photographed too.
What should we prepare?
Tell us your baby’s age, who will join the photographs and the themes you like. Keep feeding and changing supplies nearby. Our newborn package provides baby props and outfits, with baby and family portrait setups.

When is the best time for a newborn photoshoot?
The first 10–14 days are often ideal for sleepy, curled portraits. Our newborn package covers babies within their first month; tell us your baby’s age when booking.
Can we still book after the first two weeks?
Yes. We adapt the session to your baby’s age and comfort, including wrapped poses and awake expressions.
Is the session at home, and is there a house-call fee?
Our S$588 newborn package includes at-home photography. Sessions are available by appointment on weekdays and weekends, including mornings, afternoons and evenings, subject to availability. There is no separate house-call fee for this package. Full Month sessions for babies aged 4–6 weeks take place in our studio.
Can we pause for feeding and changing?
Yes. We can pause for feeding, changing and settling. Keep feeding supplies and spare diapers nearby.
Can parents and siblings join?
Yes. Core family portraits with parents and children are included. Tell us who will attend; bring a favourite toy or snack for siblings.
Are baby outfits and props provided?
Yes. Baby outfits and props are provided. You may also bring a personal outfit or meaningful keepsake; send us a photo beforehand.
What space should we prepare at home?
Send us a photo of the space you have in mind before the session. We can discuss the setup and any space, lighting or power-access needs for your chosen themes.
Can you retouch flaky skin or small marks?
Basic Retouch adjusts colour, exposure and the overall finish. For detailed skin refinement, discuss your preferences when selecting your 10 complimentary Further Retouch images.
