Hi, I'm Lesley — welcome to Mamamiyo Photography.
For over 10 years, I've had the privilege of photographing some of life's most tender moments: the glow of pregnancy, a newborn's very first days, and the small, fleeting milestones of growing up. What started as a passion has become a career built entirely around one belief — that the best photographs happen when you feel comfortable, not posed.
My own journey into photography actually began at home. My children were my first inspiration — my eldest was my very first model. Watching them grow taught me just how quickly these small moments pass, and how much they deserve to be captured with care.
My approach is gentle and unhurried. Every session is designed around your baby's rhythm, not the other way around — plenty of time for feeds, naps, and settling in, so what you get back are genuine, natural moments rather than forced smiles. Sessions take place in my studio in Telok Kurau, or in the comfort of your own home for newborn photography.

In 2018, I was honoured to receive this award at the Singapore Photographers Awards, recognized for Outstanding Photographic Skill and Excellence in Imaging — earning the honour of representing Singapore at the World Photographic Cup 2019, a global competition organized by the Federation of European Photographers (FEP) and Professional Photographers of America (PPA).
